With the BALDFORCE subscription you will receive 2 bottles of Anti-Aging Moisturizer for scalp and face every 3 months through the letterbox. With us you always start with a trial period where you get the second bottle of Moisturizer for free.
1.1. Your BALDFORCE subscription will be continued every 3 months until canceled. You can cancel via the account that is created upon registration, but can also be done by email or chat. The first payment is made via a payment method.
You give us permission to debit your membership costs for the next 3 months from your bank account every 3 months.
2.1. Trial period. Your BALDFORCE subscription starts with a second free Moisturizer, unless stated otherwise during the registration process. Each unique account is entitled to one free Moisturizer. A unique account consists of a unique email address, unique bank account number and a unique address. Each bank account number, address and / or email address can be used once. In case of misuse, all other Moisturisers obtained for which no subscription costs have been paid will be charged.
2.3. Registration. Your trial period starts from the moment you have successfully registered. You will receive an email from us before your trial period ends. You can immediately cancel your subscription within the trial period. In that case, you will not be included in the next month’s debit.
2.4. Offer. BALDFORCE will determine in its sole discretion whether a person is eligible for a trial period and may limit the terms or duration to prevent abuse of the trial period. We reserve the right to charge multiple Moisturisers obtained per account.
2.5. Subscription Fees. We will charge your quarterly subscription fee at the end of the trial period by direct debit unless you cancel your membership before the end of the trial period.
2.6. Notice period. The BALDFORCE subscription will automatically continue after your trial period. During your trial period you can cancel the agreement immediately. In an active membership you are not entitled to a withdrawal period to immediately terminate your agreement and the cancellation period of one week applies.
Invoicing and cancellation
3.1. Subscription Fees. The subscription costs of BALDFORCE are debited per 3 months via the payment method that is linked to the registration. To do this, go to our website, log in via the account and go to the heading debit and delivery if you want to view your next payment date or to view previous invoices.
3.2. Depreciation and delivery. The subscription costs of BALDFORCE are debited before the Moisturisers are delivered. The debit is always around the day of the month of registration and delivery the next working day.
3.3. Payment method. To participate in BALDFORCE, you must provide a valid payment method. On the page “my details” you can view or change your payment methods. For the use and linking of some payment methods, the provider may charge you certain costs, such as costs for international transactions or other costs for processing your payment method. Local taxes may vary by payment method. For more information, please contact the provider of your payment method.
3.4. Termination. You can cancel your BALDFORCE subscription at any time online via your account that you created during registration. This can also be done by e-mail or chat. After you have canceled, you keep access to your BALDFORCE account, here you can reactivate the subscription. If you want to cancel, go to your account and then to the heading “Cancel subscription”. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address that was created during registration. When you have an outstanding payment, it is not possible to cancel the subscription.
3.5. Modification. We may change our subscription and the price of our service from time to time. However, price changes or changes to our subscription will not apply until 20 days after notice.
3.6. Delete data. You can use “Right of access” to obtain an overview of which personal data we have recorded about you. You can change your data and use “Right to correction”. You can adjust most data yourself online via your account.
4.1. Reactivate. When you cancel your subscription, your account will remain. Here you can log in at any time to view your data and reactivate your account. With a reactivation you go with the next debit. When activating your account you will not receive a free second Moisturizer, you will have already received it when you registered.
4.2. Active member. After reactivating your subscription, you are an active member again. There is no trial period and you have to take into account the regular notice period of one week.
4.3. Cancel. If you still want to cancel your reactivation, we use a cancellation period of 2 working days. Please contact us via email@example.com
5.1. Age. You must be at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in your province, region or country to become a member of BALDFORCE subscription
5.2. The member who has created the BALDFORCE account and through whose payment method the subscription costs are debited (also called the user), has access to and control over the BALDFORCE account. In addition, the user is responsible for all activities that take place through the account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us in relation to your account and to update it as necessary. We may terminate or temporarily block your account to protect you, BALDFORCE or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.

6.5. Electronic communications. We will only send you information about your account (such as payment authorizations, invoices, password changes, changes to your Payment Instrument (s), confirmation messages and notifications) in electronic form, for example by email to the email address you provided when you registered.
