DELIVERY & RETURNS

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We send our products in sustainable packaging through the letterbox. That is more practical, saves unnecessary waiting and is better for the environment.

Delivery for Dutch customers: 1-2 working days

Delivery for other European customers (within the European Union): 5-7- working days*

Delivery for the rest of the World: up to 30 working days.*

*These delivery times are just indicative and not binding, therefore, you are not entitled to any refund in case the parcel was not delivered on time.

RETURNS

Returning an item by post is a straightforward process. Just repackage the bottle and send the package with your name on it to:

Please keep hold of the receipt that they give you, as this is your proof of postage. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely.

Unfortunately BALDFORCE® does not cover return shipping or custom fees, but we do cover outbound shipping for exchanges. Once the shipment is received back, we will email you to let you know the status.

You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles
